Platform Liability

We operate exclusively as a non-profit directory. We are not a party to any transactions. Payments are processed directly by the merchant's payment provider (e.g., Stripe/PayPal) and funds route directly to them. We do not hold funds or take commissions.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do refunds work?

Because all payments are processed directly by the merchant, refunds must be requested directly from the merchant via their provided support channels (e.g., Discord or email). UnturnedForge cannot issue refunds because we do not hold your money. However, if a merchant repeatedly refuses refunds for broken or misrepresented products, please report them to our admins so we can suspend their merchant privileges.

Am I allowed to redistribute plugins I purchase?

No. Distributing, leaking, reselling, or sharing premium plugins you have purchased is strictly prohibited and is a violation of the developer's copyright. Accounts caught distributing premium files will be permanently banned from the platform and their purchase history will be revoked.

How do I become a merchant?

To become a merchant, you must first log in with your Steam account. After logging in, you can contact an Administrator via our Discord server with examples of your work. Once approved, you will be granted the Merchant role and gain access to the Merchant Dashboard where you can link your Stripe/PayPal and begin publishing.

What payment methods are supported?

Payment methods vary by merchant. We support integration with both Stripe (which accepts all major Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay) and PayPal. If a merchant has not linked a specific payment provider, that option will be disabled during checkout.
