1. Definitions
- •"User" refers to any individual or legal entity accessing or using the services of UnturnedForge.
- •"Seller" / "Merchant" refers to any individual or legal entity listing products on the marketplace.
- •"Buyer" refers to any individual or legal entity purchasing products from the marketplace.
- •"Products" refers to any items, plugins, scripts, or digital content sold or purchased through UnturnedForge.
- •"Service" refers to the UnturnedForge platform, including all associated features, functionalities, and services.
2. Acceptable Use
By using UnturnedForge, users agree to adhere to the following guidelines:

- Illegal Activities Engaging in or promoting activities that violate local, national, or international laws.
- Fraud & Deception Providing false information, misrepresenting quality, or engaging in fraudulent practices.
- IP Infringement Uploading or selling products that infringe on intellectual property rights.
- Malicious Content Uploading malware, spyware, viruses, or anything that could harm devices or networks.
- Harassment Engaging in discrimination or hate speech directed at other users.
- Payment Fraud Attempting to bypass or manipulate the payment system with stolen details.

- Product Authenticity: Must be original, functional, and compliant.
- Clear Descriptions: Must provide accurate features and compatibility info.
- Customer Support: Must handle refunds, disputes, and technical issues.
- Pricing & Taxes: Must adhere to applicable tax laws and regulations.
4. Buyer Responsibilities
- Payment: Ensure payments are made using legitimate and authorized methods.
- Proper Use: Use products only for lawful purposes as intended.
- Reviewing: Carefully review product descriptions to ensure compatibility before purchase.
5. General Terms
Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed via PayPal or Stripe. Buyers must ensure they are authorized to use the payment methods provided. UnturnedForge is a non-profit directory and does not hold funds. Refunds must be requested directly from the individual seller according to their specific refund policy. Chargebacks may result in penalties.
Digital Rights Management (DRM)
Some products may include DRM features to prevent unauthorized usage. Sellers may choose to implement DRM, and buyers agree to abide by the terms associated with any DRM restrictions.
Termination and Limitation of Liability
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user's access for violating these terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UnturnedForge shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from the use of the platform, including product defects, data loss, or business interruptions.
